Finds indexable pages in the sitemap that have no internal links pointing to them.
Orphan pages are pages that exist on your site (and may be in your sitemap) but receive zero internal links from any other page. They can only be found through the sitemap or direct URL — they're disconnected from your site's navigation structure.
Search engines discover new pages primarily by following links from pages they already know. Orphan pages are much harder for crawlers to discover and may take significantly longer to be indexed. Internal links also pass link equity (ranking power) to target pages.
Orphan pages receive no link equity from your site's internal linking structure, making them much less likely to rank well. If these are important pages, they may be underperforming due to poor discoverability.
